Prangin Mall is the latest shopping centerin Penang, located right next to Komtar mall. There is a sky brige linking bothe of the malls
In the complex as well as numerous shops there are restaurants and fast food. In the basement as well as more shops there is a large supermarket, selling local and some western items.
On the the upper levels there are small shops selling pirated CD'S and DVD's. Outside at the corner of Jalan Macalister and Jalan Dato Kramat there's "Gamma" 30-year old department store with a supermarket on the ground floor.
